Chargeback Intelligence was founded by a team based in Milton Keynes, UK, the largest UK-based centre for credit card payment support. Having worked extensively with Issuers, we reviewed chargeback cases and second presentment documentation on a daily basis.

What we saw was consistent and concerning: many merchants were losing disputes not because they were wrong, but because their defence was weak. Evidence was often incomplete, poorly structured, or failed to address the true reason for the chargeback.
